To prolong the life of your favourite pieces, try to avoid wearing the pieces during swimming, exercising, showering and artificial substances and natural secretions. This is specifically referencing gold plated over sterling silver jewelry.

The concrete is sealed and will not absorb water, but I would personally suggest to also keep away from water as often as you can

When you are not wearing your jewelry, store it away in a dry shaded airtight container.

Keep all jewelry away from harsh chemicals such as perfume and hair products. Being tarnish resistant doesn’t necessarily mean it will never tarnish. 

Avoid dropping your jewelry onto hard surfaces.

Don't use pressure and do not squeeze or twist it.

Do not use scouring powder, harsh chemicals, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths to clean plated pieces nor the chains. They must be gently cleaned with a dry cloth only.

With proper wear and care, your jewelry should last for a long time
